KidSuper Presents a 1

Jun 13, 2024

KidSuper's meteoric rise in fashion over the past few years has been well documented, with his guest appearance as part of Louis Vuitton FW23 elevating him from up-and-coming designer to established powerhouse. And as the worlds of fashion and football become increasingly intertwined, Colm Dillane has revealed himself as one of the movement's rowdiest supporters. Judging by the photos of Dillane training with English team Barnsley FC, who he worked with to design the 2023/24 kits, the 31-year-old might know how to plant one in the top corner too.

KidSuper's latest cameo into football sees him showing up at Manchester City, where he designed a 1-of-1 jacket for £100 million GBP man Jack Grealish to celebrate the club's treble from last season. The varsity-style jacket is crafted in City's signature sky blue and white colors, with a typical wool body, leather sleeves, snap buttons, ribbed cuffs, waist and necklines. KidSuper Studios embroidery is layered on top of a PUMA logo on the left chest, while "SuperJack" on the right chest in KidSuper script is a cheeky reference to one of Grealish's nicknames.

The reverse side of the jacket is what really steals the show, featuring an almost deity-like depiction of Grealish celebrating during City's victory parade. In return for the gift, Grealish presented a signed, match worn shirt to Dillane, whose exploits in football are no doubt only getting started.

In other related sports news, Harry Kane signed a life-long boot deal with Skechers.
